2020, the year of COVID-19.  Lots of cancelled shows but time for contemplation and renewal.  Highlights so far include being a finalist in the Japan Jewellery Competition, exhibiting at Tokyo Metropolitan Museum in June- subject to change.   Also having work in the soon to be released international book, New Bracelets, by Nicolas Estrada.

2019 was a very busy year for exhibiting, with works in shows in The Beijing International Jewellery Art Exhibition, Heart Failure with Alliages Gallery Paris travelling to Munich, Madrid, Athens and How We Wear It, Washington DC.

It was wonderful to have my Kennedy Centre Brooch, commissioned for the How We Wear It show at the Australian Embassy in Washington DC, acquired into the Kennedy Centre permanent collection.   Big thanks to the ANU School of Art and Design Gallery and Juan Riusech at Alliages gallery in Paris for organising these shows.

The Yield Bowl, from the Fold Yield exhibition at Bilk Gallery in 2018, was winner of the Established Category at Profile ’19, the 6th JMGA-NSW Contemporary Jewellery and Object Award.  This work is now part of an Australian private collection.

Selected as a finalist in the 2019 Contemporary Wearables Biennial Jewellery Award in Toowoomba, QLD.
